Hey everyone, A newbie from Baton Rouge, LA here. I've been wanting to get into real estate investing for quite a few years now but always hesitant out of fear of making a mistake/losing money. I've read rich dad poor dad, the BP e-book and listening to their podcasts like they are going out of style. I'm ready for action and ready to get off the sidelines. Over the past 10 years I've built a few houses to live in personally. I'm fairly familiar with residential construction. My interests are buying single family and multi family properties for rentals.
