I am Barclay Day and I live in Tampa Florida. I am a newbie to investing and have yet to purchase a property. I have spent some money on education but have yet to pull the triger. If there is anyone on this site from the tampa area please feel free to contact me and say hi. I am very excited about getting started and very shaky at the same time.
