Paterson is challenging, if you don't know the right spots. More importantly you need the right people to manage the property. I had a hard time a while back,but was able to turn it around. I'm happy I stayed in there. It's a great area to really learn the business.

just did an eviction have hardwood floors they always get beat up. What is the most maintance free flooring I can lay down on top of the hardwood to minimize turnover  costs?

Big deal you don't have to jump when a tenant is crying over 5 degrees sounds like the type of person that no matter what you do they are not gonna be happy as long as they pay the rent who cares like you said place is 100 years old
