Tactics for getting a Sellers Number
What are some other tactics for getting a sellers number? I've used the: "I need a baseline for my investor," "I don't want to waste your time," and "I want to make sure that we're in the same conversation," lines. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks!
