What a great resource this site is! I am a realtor in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. My investing portfolio includes rental properties in the Atlanta area and commercial land in Bozeman, MT. My main goals are to meet like minded people that understand the value of investing in cash flow real estate, find a mentor that has been successful acquiring multifamily properties and meet property managers/ lenders/ brokers that practice what they preach!
