[Nathan Zhivalyuk]

Hello everyone! My name is Nathan Zhivalyuk and I live in Bala Cynwyd, PA (Just outside of Philadelphia). The only real experience in real estate that I have is buying my home where I live with my wife and son. I am very eager (and anxious) to start investing in real estate and have not yet formulated and real goals or plans yet. I have started reading the guide on BP and listening to some pod casts which are really great and am learning a lot. So, just wanted to introduce myself and say hi and that I can't wait to get started!
