Hi all,

I'm based out of N.Virginia, but looking at properties in Arkansas. Currently hold 1 SFH, 2 duplexes in NW Arkansas, plus primary residence in Arlington, VA. .

Just getting the time to get my house in order, so to speak....looking for some practical advice on a good spreadsheet to track monthly statements and actuals. Was checking out FilePlace, but any guidance/advice is much appreciated!

Also, anyone have any insight on bundle mortgages?

Best,

Jamie
