New member operating in Los Angeles

Hey Everyone,

My name is Eyal, and I live and invest in the Los Angeles area.

I come from a tech and web start-up background. I am a founding employee and Product Manager at a tech start-up that I helped grow, get acquired, and continues to grow. Beyond being a real estate investor, I am an automotive enthusiast, pilot, and foodie!

I'm young and relatively limited with cash. What I have is mornings, nights, weekends, and drive; I acquire under performing assets, reposition, and rent. I typically focus on value added buy-and-holds, but I will do a flip here and there. I buy deals I can add value to via the typical formula: remodel and re-rent (though sometimes I'll resell to grow the operating fund)

I currently own the following:

West Hollywood - 2 units (Purchased Dec. 2011)

Hollywood - 5 units (Purchased March 2013)

North Hills - 1 unit (Purchased March 2013)

Silverlake - 4 units (Purchased December 2013)

I recently found the BP Podcasts and have been going through them as quickly as I can. They have been great, and have encouraged me to put myself out there on the BP forum to seek out relationships via BP to share my knowledge, and learn from others.
