Hello everyone I'm a newbie, sort of, to real estate investing. I'm interested in REI very much and hope to be successful in the field. I'm interested forecloses, most conservative from my readings, and rentals properties but I'm open to any forms of REI and hope to be involved with all in some way or form. Thank you
