Hello everyone! My name is Amorette and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I'm thrilled to be here. I can't wait to learn and share with all of you. (yes, I'm always this chipper) Right now I own a vacant lot where I would like to build an MDU. And I also would like to purchase more MDUs in the Philadelphia Suburbs. Thanks for having me!
