Newbie from DFW TX

Hi, my name is Josh Carr and I live out of the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area, living in Lewisville. I am currently an event bartender and previously worked in the auto finance industry. I am new to real estate investing and am looking to start getting myself into wholesaling first to make some immediate cash, then I want to move to fix and flips, rentals and then commercial. I am determined to do this, I have no other options and since getting into real estate has been my dream, its time to fulfill that dream. I am in need of any and all advice I can get as a newbie. I need a good mentor who is willing to show me the ropes in the industry. Thank you all in advance!
