I am an Agent in a great area near San Francisco and Napa. Which I got to begin on our dream path in 2007. My husband and I are looking to become Real Estate Investors. As my husband has amazing skills with the ability of the rehab as he has built beautiful homes from the foundation in Mill Valley. So we have this dream and have had it for years, I am looking into making it a full reality now. What would be the first steps?
