Rookie in Van Wert, OH

Hello BP Community,

My name is Sticky and I am from Van Wert, OH. I am in Sales & Marketing for a manufacturing company and have a photography business with my wife.

I am still a rookie investor, currently with 2 small single family homes as rentals.

My goals are to learn daily and build a portfolio of rental properties (residential and commercial) as well as to learn to buy and resell properties.

I hope that although I am a novice that I can find ways to chip in and contribute to this community in other ways.
