hello all -

another newbie trying to understand/learn/earn in real estate. I have been trying to learn about this biz and stumbled across this site...now I'm learning. Thanks for all the info and look forward to talking with all - and oh excuse the dumb questions.

background - I have one single family home due to military move that is rented but I would like to get the equity out and start investing.
