hello all -

another newbie trying to understand/learn/earn in real estate. I have been trying to learn about this biz and stumbled across this site...now I'm learning. Thanks for all the info and look forward to talking with all - and oh excuse the dumb questions.

background - I have one single family home due to military move that is rented but I would like to get the equity out and start investing.

Germany is a great place. I have been told by other military folks that money can be made in the KMC area. Let the on-base housing office be "the property" manager and that will keep the new folks on your landlord list, return during ski season and write off the airfare/hotel.
