Newbie from Ohio

Hello my name is Mike Creswell from Xenia Ohio. I am very interested in real estate investing, especially fix-n-flip and buy and hold. My fiancé and I currently have 2 rentals between us and would like to get to 15-20. We view real estate as a way to possibly get out of the daily rat race and enhance our retirement so that when we retire in about 20yrs we will be set. I was a self employed remodeler for years before going to work for the city I live in and did extremely well. I've been following BP for awhile now and don't know why I waited until now to sign up?? Lol. I look forward to meeting and net working with new people and continue learning. I have already learned so much on this site and want to thank everyone for sharing their stories and knowledge! Thank you all for the welcoming posts. If all I had to do was manage the 15-20 properties I would be ok with that rat race because I would be the boss( until fiancé showed up at least) lol
