I got my license!! Yay me. Please give me any advice on what my next move should be. Currently this is what's going on with me. I do work a 9-5, My goals is to quit wants I make enough in commission. I am in the market to buy and hold multiunits, but I am so excited that I did do this milestone and got the license. Let me know what you think I should work on. I am trying to do a campaign where I build up leads and get some buyers on my team, any advice will be appreciated Thanks in advance

@Jordan L.

What did your state say about advertising? You should be contacting prospects, buyers or sellers, disclosing you are a licensee and your affiliation or status.

Without a broker, you're not an active agent, you need to place the license to activate it, unless you got a broker's license.

You phone number or contact information may need to be on all advertising. If you don't have a broker, and you just use your information without the license being active, without the broker disclosed you may be in violation of wrongfully advertising or seeking customers before you're properly activated.

Trust me, you have plenty of time, get all your ducks in a row before you begin any Realtor activities with the public. Get your license placed with a broker, then get your cards and letterhead if you like, use the broker's name, like "Caldwell Bankers" or "Jones and Company" Jordan superstar agent :)

I know, you're anxious to get going and burn up the road, but you don't want to start out with a broker and having them see you have been out free lancing on your own. I suggest you take first things first. Good luck :)
