[Mason Jacobs]

Hello everyone,

My name is Mason Jacobs. I'm not new to BiggerPockets, but I'm returning after being away for a couple of years. My wife and I travel state to state for her work, but I primarily invest in the Midwest. One of the perks of traveling is getting to attend real estate meetups in different markets — and our next stop is Randleman, NC!

I have a background in wholesaling, flipping, and managing buy-and-hold rentals, including LTR, MTR, and STR properties in the Kansas City market. I'm currently jumping back into investing while also working as a nationwide direct private lender with J&M Business Capital.

Through lending, I help investors with fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and BRRRR deals. I'd love to connect with anyone I can help — or partner with — on future deals as I grow my personal portfolio.
