Hello Biggerpockets,

I am currently a college student, but will be graduating next month with my bachelor's. I've been browsing this site for a little while now, but thought it was time to make an introduction. I have been using biggerpockets mostly to learn about different areas of REI in order to see what area may interest me the most.

My wife and I bought a condo in Norwalk, Ca in early 2012 and are fixing it up while living in it. We hope to buy many more properties as we gain more money and experience.

As I finish college I am trying to decide between full time investing vs investing on the side. I am looking to learn about opportunities in the industry for a finance major with little of his own capital. Flipping has been the area that has interested me the most, but I am eager to learn about all aspects of real estate, so any advice or resources you have will be appreciated.

Welcome to BP!

Congrats on completing college next month. Why not invest by the side, the income from a full time job will help significantly when it comes to raising finance. Once things start taking off you can then invest full time.

Either way Good Luck!
