Hello BP,

I am just starting out and looking to join 1 - 3 REIAs in Northern California (Silicon Valley, Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View, Redwood City, Palo Alto) etc.

Have you been a meet up from one of them and found useful information? Are you a member of one of them?

I am googling and collecting information, but I thought to post here also to get some good 'intel'

Hi Mussa,

Welcome to BP. Local investment club is SJREI.org. It's $300/year for the membership. They meet once a month. If you're not a member, it's $38 each time you attend. I'm not a member. I pay $38 to attend every time they have a great speaker. That's like once or twice a year.

BP members also have meet-ups in Oakland, San Francisco and Santa Cruz. The organizers for these meet-ups are @Troy Fisher , @J. Martin . They can fill you in on the upcoming meet-ups. These meet-ups are free. New members just have to buy everyone dinner the first time they attend.

JK on the last sentence. Welcome aboard.
