Hey BP members,

I am fairly new in RE investing - so far have only done residential rentals. I've recently begun further market research and been reading a lot about doing flips. BP has a wealth of information and I am grateful to be part of the community and hope I can add value for others as well!

Currently I am looking for private money, and to connect with other local investors and a mentor.
