New Investor From Huntsville

Hi BP,

I am a 29 year old beginner in REI and I have recently moved to the Huntsville, Alabama (Madison county) area. My plan is to start in wholesaling and then invest in multiple rental properties to bring financial freedom to my family. All while working full time as an Engineer. I am ready to take action, but first I would love to shadow an experienced real estate investor. Especially a wholesaler.

I need a break from reading so much and would like to see how REI deals go down up close. I am sure I can bring great value to anybody who doesn't mind letting me shadow them for a while.

Once I learn enough, I plan on working in REI until I am extremely successful. And hopefully have a great partnership with my mentor and give back to them the way they gave to me.
