Hello everyone! My name is Andy DeFruscio and I have been a Real Estate investor on a very small scale for about 5 years. I currently own two duplex's, a townhouse, and the single family home I live in. I am looking to pick up more single family and duplex's. I am currently working as a full time Realtor in the Lake Norman NC area. I have listened to almost every podcast and am just getting started on the site.

Hi @Andy DeFruscio and welcome to BP. My husband and I both landlords but still have full time regular jobs. We have 2 duplexes 3 SFH and our home with a basement apartment that we rent out. If you're not a member of an REIA yet, I know Charlotte has a very active group.
