New Cash Buyer: Nevada and Yuba County area
Hi All-
I'm new to the site, after getting back into real estate recently. Did a handful of rentals/flips in baltimore in 2000-2004. Now back and buying properties in Nevada and Yuba county. Buying primarily houses on 1+ acres at reasonable prices. I also buy land (ideally with well, septic, power on site) in these counties.
I've written 2 contracts in the last month and have the cash to handle another 5 or 6 in the short term. Drop me a line if you have anything interesting that fits the above criteria!
