Long-time reader, first time investor from Rhode Island! Over the summer I used a VA loan to purchase a 3br/1b per unit duplex that I'm currently house-hacking, doing a live-in remodel on the second floor with the first floor totally updated and occupied with college students. Locally, I look forward to soon having my VA loan seasoned to refinance and fully rent out, and acquire another property.

Big picture, however, I am building a plan and team to invest in strong markets with lower entry prices to BRRRR 5+ unit multi families. I look forward to connecting and seeing how we can help each other accomplish great things!

@Aaron Gordon  Good luck!   Pick careful if you have college students when you move out.
