Newbie from Blue Springs, MO

Hello Everyone, my name is Ken Radino. I live in Blue Springs, MO which is about 15 minutes east of Kansas City. I am a full time videographer that wants to get into real estate investing.

I would like to invest in buy and hold rental units, from townhomes to quads. Since I am just getting my feet wet, I am looking for a mentor as well.

I have read the Beginner's Guide and enjoy listening to the podcasts.

If there are active members in the area that would like to show me the ropes, I would greatly appreciate it.
