Hey Everyone,

It's nice to be among so much knowledge and great energy. I'm an artist/songwriter, blessed husband, father of 6, life coach and still learning RE investing every day. 6 years of exp., 11 properties later, I'm still as excited as I've ever been! While I'm currently working two rentals (acquired through HUD) and one fix-and-flip in the city, I'm passionate about learning commercial multi-family, bulk REO dealing and raising the scale of my current operation.

I also want to help. I love marketing, meeting new people and encouraging anyone who thinks they can't do this... because we know there are times when forums like these are the only encouragement we experience!
