Hey everyone,

I'm new to the space. I work in the trades as an electrician. I have two friends that have had success wholesaling and flipping.  I live in Northern California and my goal is to flip houses out of California and roll that income into rentals for equity growth. Looking forward to meeting new ppl and building my platform.

 There is an experienced community here that when you as the right questions you can get some good insights. I keep in mind that everyone's situation and experience is different and their path will not be the same as yours.

Thank you for that insight. I am most interested in doing out of state flips top generate income to roll into investment properties and build a portfolio.
