I handle both short and long-term investments in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas, including Georgetown. Myrtle Beach and its adjacent beach communities are great options for STR, with much lower price points than places like Folly Beach and Isle of Palms. And when it comes to long-term rentals, we have single-family homes under $300k that will rent for $2000+/month. My name is Erica! My husband and I currently reside in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. We own a specialized chiropractic clinic in the Park West area. One of our goals is to invest in real estate for short term and long term rental use. We also hope to invest in a commercial property for our clinic eventually and rent suites out to other providers. We are very new to the real estate investing world and still have a lot to learn! Right now, we are working on building capital for our first investment. We are open to investors helping us, but need to learn more about this process as well. If you are in the area and would like to connect, that would be awesome!
