In my search for understanding how to finance my second property with a business loan, I came across the DSCR route. This video helped me, as a business financing newbie, understand what a DSCR is and why it can be a good option for investors.

We completed our first fix and flip with cash and earned a 78% ROI. I now need a lender who can help me purchase my next properties so that I maximize the profits from my first property. Any advice for shopping for lenders is much appreciated!

Quote from @KiKi Wood:

Hi Micah! Congrats on your first reno! That's really awesome. My fiancé and I are local (Indy) and we manage 60+ properties in Indy and surrounding areas. We primarily do short-term, but also do mid-term and long-term! I would love to have a conversation with you about what you're looking for, and if I'm able to help! :)

I also have an amazing, local lender connection that offers hard money, DSCR, and other investment loans. I would be happy to connect you with her as well!

Let me know if I can help in anyway! :)

Hello, my name is Micah Dean. I am a full time 8th grade math teacher. I started an LLC in 2023 to "Provide a Better Living Opportunity" to residents of Madison County, Indiana. My husband and I purchased our first distressed property in late 2023, renovated it ourselves and sold it last week with a 79% ROI. We are looking to purchase our next investment property to buy and hold as a rental. Currently, I am listening to all BP podcasts about raising private money. I just joined BP Pro and am excited to use its many beneficial tools! I am grateful for the invaluable education I have received through Bigger Pocket's many podcasts & books!
