Hello Bigger Pockets Family!

My name is Steve Bollinger and I live in Lakewood Ranch, FL in the Bradenton/Sarasota market. I am new to the RE investing world and have been saturating myself with education since last June. First thing I did was to get my RE license and hooked up with an investor friendly broker as my focus is on investing not traditional selling. Always amazed at how much there is to learn in this biz. Although I would like to have the ability to participate in all aspects of RE, my goals are to wholesale and fix and flip. Have been actively marketing for the last two months via direct mail but have not found that motivated seller as of yet, but know it will come at any time now.

Wanting to meet and network with other investors in my area so please reach out to me. I am also a HUD approved agent so I can help with online bidding if someone is interested. Any help or suggestions are always appreciated. Looking forward to digging in here at BP!

There is a real estate investor meeting at the Bradenton Yacht Club on Tuesday's at noon if you are interested. I haven't been there in a while but I know they still have them weekly as I'm on their email list. You should go as there is a lot to learn there.
