Springfield has some great properties available for cash flow and options for 2 family duplex/stackers. I have seen some decent lots sizes as well to add in an ADU or Carriage Home/mother in law suite. New York on the other hand has some higher taxes so it can make the cash flow a little harder.

I have been seeing some good deals a little further North in and around Lowell, Dracut, Nashua even up in North Conway, which is a great STR location.

 Welcome to BP.  I am also passionate about Buffalo NY, mostly because I love the BIlls, was born and raises here, and I do all of my business and investing here. 

Buffalo can be a great place to invest, if you get the right property and have the right team in place.  Like any market, it can also go poorly if you get the wrong asset and have a poor plan.
