I'm new. My co-worker got me into the youtube real-estate rookie and now I'm here on bigger pockets learning more. I bought a property for my family and I with the Veterans Affairs Loan in 2017 and that was scary. Looking forward to learn more.

@Rodrigo Garcia Welcome to the community. We are glad you're here. Thank you for your service. VA loans are incredible. If you have any VA benefits left (definitely check into that) I would try to use them and maximize that benefit.
