Berks County PA House Flipping, Rehabbing and Renting Hopeful

Howdy to all as my Husband would say,

My name is Damaris Sutton and I currently live in the Berks County Pa area with my Husband and 4 children. I discovered the Bigger Pockets forum site after doing a quick Google search. This is my first night on here and I have been skimming threads like a sponge to try to get some bearings on where to start.

I was born in Ponce Puerto Rico and moved to Reading Pa when I was 3. I am on my second (Last) marriage lol. I was raised with the Yankees and he was raised in Jacksonville Fl and yes he sounds like a Hillbilly. I have 2 children from a previous marriage and my current Husband, Jimmy, has given me 2 beautiful children as well. You can see one of them in my image.

The only She did well for a bit, but bought a multi unit property to rent out which had 8 units. She was took to the bank with people wasting water, clogging the plumbing and flat out not paying her. I know there has to be a better way and thought I would seek out other people who have experience and feedback to share..

Although I am in the Berks County Pa area I would appreciate anyone's help in getting me pointed in the right direction. This is not some weekend hobby, but something I am wanting to turn into a family business. If you can help me keep my mistakes to a minimum I would appreciate it.

Currently we own a Softwashing Company that safely cleans roofs and siding as well as all concrete surfaces.
