Hi all, my name is Daniel Solano Wolfe and I am new to the BiggerPockets community. I'm a 21 year old living in the bay area. I am planning on starting my investment journey here as well and beginning with house hacking. I've recently been having a lot of extra free time and decided to invest all of it into learning more about real estate and investments in real estate.
