New Investor looking to do first flip. Actively looking to get my first house under contract. Sending offers for on market deals and looking to have a private money or hard money lender to team with. I am in the Rockland NY and I am looking for a local hard money lender. I am looking to purchase a fix & flip within the next 60 days. I am looking for deals in Orange County NY and surrounding areas. Also would appreciate any tips as this is my first flip.

I currently work with a contracting company I do not have my license yet but will within the next 2 years. And looking to get started in real estate investing.
