I am a professional and young investor relocating to S. Florida. I have been listening to the podcast and reading the website for over a year and love the people here and the agenda of the members. I am actively looking for a single fam home for my family and hope to purchase a property every 1-2 properties (SFH, condo, apt) per month from here on out.
