New member from the Philadelphia suburbs

Hello Everyone,

New guy here from the Philadelphia suburbs and I’m looking to learn as much about flipping houses and selling them for a profit. I was introduced to this site from a coworker and I have been hooked ever since. I’m already grateful for all the information available on this site and I’ve been listening to the Podcasts which I think are a great resource. Kudos to Brandon and Joshua!

The last couple of years I’ve been educating myself by reading books and searching websites but haven’t made the plunge. I just ordered J. Scott’s books on flipping and I can’t wait to read them. I do have experience working in residential construction and have done some home remodeling so I’ll be leveraging this experience.

My goal in REI is to flip houses for profit to eventually replace my current income.

I look forward to meeting, learning, and working with other REIs on the board and helping others once I gain more experience. Once again, thanks to everyone for all the information you have already provided.
