@Chris Stoeckel welcome to BP!  Are you looking to invest in Bucks County or other surrounding areas? Are you focusing on flipping, or buy and holds?  I'm currently investing in the Levittown area and flipped my first house in Fairless Hills last year. I'm happy to help with any question  and suggest joining DIG.  

@Michael Kuldiner I haven't had much luck finding wholesalers in Bucks either  but would suggest going to some DIG meetings if you haven't already.

@Joe Nagle that is an incredible price for a property in that area. I looked at a couple houses in Fleetwing but never amounted to a deal. You did a really nice job on the rehab. Congrats.

Have you done other flips in the area? I flipped a house in Fairless Hills last year and I'm looking for the next one.
