hi Folks, Mike here from CT. I've been wanting to own rental properties for a long time but never pursued it. I am in my mid 50's and my goal now is to
get into this to eventually have a few properties to create passive income to supplement my retirement in a few years.

Would like to start out with a duplex and learn what I need to know then maybe some larger properties.

I'm always willing to learn and take advice from those who have been doing this longer than me. I look forward to learning from y'all.

Best, ME

Thank you @Brandon Turner , great info indeed, I have read 2 of your articles and downloaded the beginners guide and will be listening to podcasts rather than watching TV. The more I read the more I get into this. Thank you everyone for your support. ME
