Hi everyone at BP

My name is Jimmy Constantopoulos, I am a Real Estate Investor from Montreal, Canada. I owned & operated 4 Restaurants & 1 Reception Hall. I helped open and build 34 different style restaurants in Canada & the U.S. I sold my last Restaurant & Reception Hall in November 2013. I am official not a Restaurateur any more.

I have been investing in Real Estate since 1989 (part time). I have been rehabbing & new construction on residential & commercial properties. My background in Architecture help build some of those restaurants from the ground up.

My goals are to make Real Estate my new business. I am looking to wholesale, buy, fix & flip and buy & hold. I am looking to expand my portfolio in Canada but particularly in the U.S.

I am presently working in Queens, NY, Nassau, NY and Florida (both east & west coasts). I am looking to Network with other Investors by exchanging knowledge & experience in all aspects of Real Estate
