Hello everyone.My name is Jim.I live in Worcester M.A..Glad I found this site.I have been doing a lot of reading lately as I am new to real estate investing.I frame new homes for a living now but want to transition out of this and get into real estate.I have been doing some driving around looking for homes that look like hey need some help.I'm here for the long haul and thank everyone in advance for the help.I look forward to talking to you all and soaking up as much info as possible.

Welcome Jim. It is nice to see another investor from Worcester join the community. With your construction experience you seem like a person that I should probably get to know.
