Newbie from Washington state!

Hey all, I am Glen Fullerton from Arlington Washington. Looking forward to learning lots from this site and the many obviously excited and knowledgable investors here. I've had a lot of real estate experience over the years; general contractor, home inspector, rehabbing properties as a kid growing up, real estate agent in the late 80's and early 90's. Now I'm ready to start investing and turn it into a business I can do with my wife after I retire (Still 10+ years away unless I add some serious income)
