Looking for Out of State investments

Randee Masangya
Posted

Hello everybody! My 2 partners and I are looking for our first investment property. Right now, we are leaning towards out of state investments as we are priced out in our area. We are open to multi and single family investments. Any suggestions on which state to look into? I was looking in Indiana and Ohio area right now. Any suggestions/advise will be greatly appreciated!

Hey Randee, It really comes down to what you're aiming for. If you're seeking a reliable income stream, consider checking out Cleveland. It has a strong potential for cash flow and some appreciation. On the other hand, if your focus is on appreciation, Columbus is the place to be. The appealing aspect here is the ongoing population growth and other economic factors.
