Central Indiana is a great market to start in, we've seen a ton of growth over the last ten years.  Happy to answer specific questions if you'd like.

Hi Jake! What areas in Indiana can you recommend? Thanks
Quote from @Samuel Diouf:

I think Columbus, Ohio is a great market to consider. I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth. Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon. Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the market.

Thank you Samuel! I will look into Columbus Ohio. I will be in touch.

Hi Randee! I too agree that many markets in the midwest have provided a lower barrier to entry given the higher prices inside of the metropolitan areas. As you're beginning to research the different markets out there that meet your criteria, look to see if you have any boots on ground in t those areas who can help you with the long distance investing!

Good point, thank you

Thanks Victor!. Pls PM me your contact info and I will speak with my partners about it and get back to you. Thank you!

Hi Victor! What areas in NC can you recommend? We are interested in doing the BRRRR method and grow our portfolio that way.

Hello everybody! My 2 partners and I are looking for our first investment property. Right now, we are leaning towards out of state investments as we are priced out in our area. We are open to multi and single family investments. Any suggestions on which state to look into? I was looking in Indiana and Ohio area right now. Any suggestions/advise will be greatly appreciated!
