Late in life and brand new to the game

Like so many of you from the dawn of your real estate journey, I'm just trying to be a sponge and get my hands on as much info before dipping my toe in the pool.  I welcome any and all positive experiences and advice and if you're in my neck of the woods, give me a shout.

Hi Vincent, welcome to BiggerPockets! This is surely the best place to start learning about real estate. The market can be vast and starting out with a thirst for knowledge is definitely the right approach. I would highly suggest that you tune in to the BiggerPockets Podcast and attend your local REI meetups. Find a mentor doing what you want to do, and get to know the local lenders/brokers you will find this to be beneficial in your real estate journey. All the best!
