Hello, apparently I didn't post a newbie post when I joined. But I'm looking to become an invest... too much time spent learning... now it's time for ACTION! I'm in a vacation area, so STR is on my radar. But I'm open to residential buy/hold, flips, duplex, triplex and up to commercial multifamily. I'm "open" to investing long distance.
