Looking for some direction.

Hello everyone.

I am looking to start investing in real estate and looking for funding. I have owned my own construction company and have renovated many homes for other investors. That being said I have the rehab side down. Now finding the right properties and funding is another story. I fund a couple of wholesalers but it just seems they want to much there's not much left on the bones. I would have no problem teaming up with someone who can help guide and teach.
