I am looking to start investing in real estate and looking for funding. I have owned my own construction company and have renovated many homes for other investors. That being said I have the rehab side down. Now finding the right properties and funding is another story. I fund a couple of wholesalers but it just seems they want to much there's not much left on the bones. I would have no problem teaming up with someone who can help guide and teach.

Locking down financing, locating a good deal. I have been in the remodeling business for 30 years and have always wanted to get in on investing in real estate. Cab be fix and flip or brrr. Looking for properties closer to where I live so I can save on the rehab and do most of the work myself. I do have good relationships with other contractors.

Looking at comps in the aera for AVR. Rehab cost I owned a remodeling business so I bid the job that way. I am planning on doing most of the work myself for at less the first couple that will save me money but will cost me time. I do have a lot of contact for hvac, electricians, and plumbers if needed.
