Hello everyone.

I am looking to start investing in real estate and looking for funding. I have owned my own construction company and have renovated many homes for other investors. That being said I have the rehab side down. Now finding the right properties and funding is another story. I fund a couple of wholesalers but it just seems they want to much there's not much left on the bones. I would have no problem teaming up with someone who can help guide and teach.

Thanks

Ryan Mitchell

Wholesalers hold less value and intelligence than anyone else in the industry. You want to hook up with an investor friendly Agent.

You have any you could refer.

I live in a suburb outside of Atlanta, GA but we have family in Ohio (dayton & cleveland areas). Looking to do some investing in Cleveland, OH. Does anyone have any connections in the Cleveland Ohio (specifically around the Cleveland Clinic) area with regards to realtors, contractors and management companies?

I am a contractor near Cleveland. Would be glad to help.

I am a contractor. I would be interested in the Cleveland area. Also wouldn't mind building a relationship to team up on a project.

let me know how i can be of value

Locking down financing, locating a good deal. I have been in the remodeling  business for 30 years and have always wanted to get in on investing in real estate. Cab be fix and flip or brrr. Looking for properties closer to where I live so I can save on the rehab and do most of the work myself. I do have good relationships with other contractors.

 Inbox my your number

Wholesalers are typically leaving no meat on the bone for investors, you are correct. But what is the profit margin you are seeking? And how are you determining rehab costs and ARV's?

Looking at comps in the aera for AVR. Rehab cost I owned a remodeling business so I bid the job that way. I am planning on doing most of the work myself for at less the first couple that will save me money but will cost me time. I do have a lot of contact for hvac, electricians, and plumbers if needed.
