Hello,

I am not new to construction or rehab however I am new to making money doing it. Also new to flipping houses in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. We are currently trying to secure our first fix/flip and keep coming up short on the buzzer unfortunately. Hoping to learn from others that have had success in the Indy area. Also looking for reputable crews that are not just going to slap work together but take pride in the job.
